A reader recently asked if I could recommend any appropriate way of inviting customers to post their feedback on Garden Watchdog. My suggestion was to compose a message along these lines:
Let us know how we’re doing. Feedback from our customers is the only way we know what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. If you’re not 100% satisfied, please let us know so we can make it right. And if you feel we’ve earned high marks, we’d appreciate your sharing your experience on www.GardenWatchdog.com. Thank you for your business!
That basic message can be shared many places, including in the company’s catalog, on their website, in emailings and/or on packing slips.
