Here’s good news for small businesses looking for affordable customer review software with some powerful bells and whistles. Not long ago, most off-the-shelf options were out of reach for those with budgets below $1,000 per month. But times are changing. PowerReviews has introduced a product line – PowerReview Express – that starts at just $35 per month, and offers some impressive features.
Not only does it allow users to rate specific attributes (such as ease of use), but it summarizes pros and cons, allows users to upload their own pictures and videos, and lets them select reviews from users like them (such as experienced gardeners who live in Zone 6). It also comes with an integrated email program for soliciting reviews.
I haven’t yet tried PowerReview Express, so this isn’t a personal recommendation, but it sure looks worth checking out. If you’ve tried it, I’d love to hear what you think of it!
